Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

We offer exchanges only:

- You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery

- Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging

- Custom made to order items are only exchangeable if there is a manufacturing defect

- If your item is approved for exchange, we will replace the item with a new one

- Return delivery costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing fault

All products are made to order. Production and delivery takes 14 to 21 working days from date of payment.

Delivery is not included in the price. Delivery cost is calculated according to your location.

Once you have placed your order, a DesignCode consultant will contact you via email to confirm your delivery information and provide your final delivery quotation.

Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery on the scheduled date. Collection from our Marshalltown workshop is available free of charge.
